For YASHASVI PERFUMES AND FRAGRANCES, we offer replacement* only in following exceptional cases:
- We don’t accept any refund, we only do Replacement as per the T&C
- If product gets damaged in transit
- If you get a wrong product
- If you receive an expired product
- If a product is missing in your order
In case of any of the above events, we will offer a replacement on Yashasvi Perfumes and Fragrances. Please take note:
- Issue needs to be reported within 48 hours after delivery.

- In-case you get a damaged product, please help us with relevant images.
* – Please read: If the product is delivered in proper condition with intact packaging, we would not be able to accept replacement. This is because:
- Once a bottle is opened or tested, it cannot be repacked and offered to any other customer.
- Fragrance is a very personal choice – meaning what one may like can be different from what others may like.
